Maintenance Fees

$3,212.00
Please contact Office - Approved payments can be made in person or e-transfer

Annual maintenance fees may be paid by regular cheque or e-transfer. Fees are due February 1, of the calendar year. The amount will be posted in the budget delivered to members in the December of the previous calendar year.

“Members in Good Standing”* making a full payment commitment may pay in four equal instalments as follows:

February 1

March 1

April 1

May 1

For 2023, four equal instalments of $803, to your annual fee total of $3212.

Late or non-payment: Notices of arrears will go out on the second day after instalments are due stating members have 45 or hydro will be interrupted at their site. The hydro will only be reinstated once all maintenance and outstanding fees are paid in full. Any notice of arrears to that member and their entire maintenance and all fees become due immediately.

*”Members in Good Standing” are members paying on time, and not with any outstanding due fines or other violations deemed in the Rules and Regs or By-Laws that would place them “Member not in good standing”. A “Member not in good standing” is not allowed to vote on park motions, nor are they eligible to rent out their site.
