Interested Contributors
Invitation here from me to you for you to take some pictures and/or offer help as volunteers across the Park, and perhaps even in contributing content to this website. If you do have a great photo to contribute, please use the Photo Release Form to get the necessary sign-offs so we can use the picture on the website.
Further, if you have squarespace skills and are willing to help join “the cause” then please reach out to me directly through the contact form here. Many hands make light work - well, mostly true, unless it is one of those moments where we have “too many chefs in the kitchen”. All to say, if you have ability, want to contribute without ego, and take direction well, then you are absolutely perfect for this volunteer job! Of course, one upside is that you may learn some website development and maintenance skills, and how cool is that!
If this website were to have a theme or five, it would be:
information to members
transparency
sense of community and civility amongst our membership and their guests
reduction of the member “entitlement” sentiment (ie “I’m an owner so I can do what I want, where I please, when I please”)
to foster greater volunteerism.
We have a great park, and hopefully this new website will add to great communication to go along with it.
