Lake Campers Resort is a fifty one acre resort, owned and operated
entirely by its residents.
Break
even maintenance fees are determined by elected fellow members.
Each member
owns one share of a total of 314 shares, which is also the total
number of sites at the resort.
Members are allowed access to their sites
all year round
Non profit motive allows the hiring of specialized
staff (e.g. lifeguards, recreation directors, security staff).
Every member
has a say in the way the resort is operated.
Our members elect their own directors from
amongst themselves to supervise resort operations.
No risk of surprise owner bankruptcy forcing
an expensive relocation. Members receive audited financial statements
annually.
No extra fees for visitors, winter storage,
winter weekends,etc.
Resort residents are not transients.
