Park Address:
The Postal service requires that all mail to the Association be addressed as follows:
Pigeon Lake Campers Association
454 Fire Route 74,
RR # 1, Peterborough, ON.
K9J 6X2.

Rule amendments:
The building and Grounds Regulation for Sheds has been amended to allow the installation of PVC sheds manufactured by Royal Outdoor Plastics, Suncast Corporation and DuraMax Vinyl Sheds. Model numbers and manufacturers specifications are required when submitting a building application.

Pool regulations:
The use of Noodles and Flutter Boards are now allowed in the Pool. The use of these flotation devices will be closely monitored by the lifeguards to ensure that they are used in a safe manner.

Summer Night Security:
It was brought to the Board's attention that when the security person is on patrol at nights, they cannot be contacted by a member wanting to report an incident. Steps have now been taken to improve communications with security.  After 5 pm, a member reporting an incident need only phone the office number  (657-3470) and this call will be forwarded to a cell phone carried by the security person on duty.  This will facilitate an immediate response by security. The Board have also reinstated the use of a golf cart by the night security to carry out their patrol. This will improve the time required to carry out patrols of the park and respond to members concerns.

Boat Trailer Compound:
For security reasons the Boat Trailer Compound across from the park, is now locked. Members wanting to access this area must contact security or park staff to have the gate unlocked.

Pay Phones:
We have experienced a rash of 911 hang-ups on both of our pay phones. As a result we have eliminated the coin operated pay phone from the washroom area. The telephone in the free standing Phone Booth has been modified to also accept coins. The Board would like to ask all parents to talk to their children about the importance of the 911 call and that abuse of this system can have serious consequences.
